Equipment is essential to achieve a high level of efficiency and productivity in the field of mining excavation.
- VPR is the first to introduce 100 ton Komatsu Dumpers and PC 2000 excavator as private contractor in the mining industry in AP.
- The present excavation capacity of the Company is 50 Lakh CuM per month and is operating at about 80%.
- The Company has a large fleet of 335 heavy duty vehicles in addition to 119 heavy duty machines comprising Excavators, Bulldozers, Motor Graders, Vibratory Compactor, Drilling Machines, etc., for earth excavation.
- The Company is enjoying very good relations with supplies/vendors of the excavation machinery such as Volvo, Sweden; Scania, Sweden; L&T Komatsu, Japan etc. which results in reducing lead time for procurement of the machinery.
- The Company has full-fledged fabrication & workshop facility at each project site for proper maintenance of all heavy duty machinery and dumpers.
